Donna
Albert
Donna Albert is the best our industry
has to offer for legal defense. She started her own practice
in 1993 specializing in SCUBA and has 30 years of experience
in the legal industry. She received her Juris Doctorate in
1984 from Florida State University. Through the years, she
has successfully defended agencies, store and boat owners,
and dive professionals alike.
In addition to her legal work, Donna also works with agencies
such as our company as a risk management consultant. She has
presented many times at the annual DEMA convention and is
considered one of the top experts on pre- and post-accident
defense. She also gives back to nonprofit organizations such
as the Southeast Regional Marine Mammal Standing Network that
work to rehabilitate and release marine mammals back into
the ocean.
Donna works as the defense attorney for our program and assists
with our risk management program in development. She keeps
her costs to a minimum which allows us to offer our competitively
priced premiums. Donna cares about our clients and protecting
the integrity of the SCUBA industry.
Craig
Jenni
Craig Jenni is the President and primary
investigator for Dive and Marine Consultants International
and has nearly 30 years of experience in the SCUBA industry.
Craig started his career as a dive store manager and instructor
in Okalahoma. Since then, he has been involved in commercial
diving, NAVY Seal program, professor, and program director
for YMCA SCUBA and Florida Association of Dive Operators (FADO).
Craig is certified through many certification agencies in
our industry, such as PADI, SSI, IANTD, SDI, TDI, YMCA, NAUI,
NASDS, DRI, and CMAS. He is certified for all kinds of technical
diving such as cave, cavern, NITROX, TRIMIX, and rebreather.
In addition to his diving expertise, Craig has developed a
program curriculum for risk management in agencies throughout
the industry.
Craig is the chief investigator for our program and directly
assists Donna Albert in gathering information needed to mount
a successful defense for our clients. Our customers enjoy
working with Craig because of his professionalism, level-head,
and customer service. There is no one else you would rather
