Donna Albert is one of the best our industry has to offer for legal defense. She started her own practice in 1993 specializing in SCUBA and has 30 years of experience in the legal industry. She received her Juris Doctorate in 1984 from Florida State University. Through the years, she has successfully defended agencies, store and boat owners, and dive professionals alike.
In addition to her legal work, Donna also works with agencies such as our company as a risk management consultant. She has presented many times at the annual DEMA convention and is considered one of the top experts on pre- and post-accident defense. She also gives back to nonprofit organizations such as the Southeast Regional Marine Mammal Standing Network that work to rehabilitate and release marine mammals back into the ocean.
Donna works as the defense attorney for our program and assists with our risk management program in development. She keeps her costs to a minimum which allows us to offer our competitively priced premiums. Donna cares about our clients and protecting the integrity of the SCUBA industry.
